01 Acceptance
By using roughcutar.com or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. The full plugin license terms will be published before payment opens.
02 The waitlist
Joining is free and commits you to nothing. Joining does not guarantee a beta place; we pick a small group and write to them.
03 The license after launch
A license is personal and for one device, sold as plans counted in days, paid once, with no automatic renewal. You may not sell or share a license, try to disable its protection, reverse engineer the plugin or redistribute it.
04 Your content
Your files and projects are yours. The plugin runs on your PC and on a copy of the sequence; we never upload your video or audio to our servers. In cloud mode the audio goes to the provider you pick, with your own key, under its terms.
05 Limits of liability
We work hard for the plugin to run correctly, but it is provided as is. Always keep a copy of your projects. We are not liable for indirect loss from its use, as far as the law allows.
06 Trademarks
Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. Rough Cut AR is an independent product, not affiliated with Adobe.
